189.8 - WITNESSES. - Iowa Statutes

189.8 WITNESSES. In the enforcement of the provisions of this subtitle, excluding chapters 203, 203C, 203D, 207, and 208, the department shall have power to issue subpoenas for witnesses, enforce their attendance, and examine them under oath. The witnesses shall be allowed the same fees as witnesses in district court.
