192.146 - INJUNCTION FOR VIOLATIONS. - Iowa Statutes

192.146 INJUNCTION FOR VIOLATIONS. A person who violates any provision of this chapter, chapter 190, or chapter 191, or a rule adopted under any of those chapters may be enjoined from continuing such violations.
