200A.14 EXCHANGE BETWEEN PRODUCERS. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to restrict or prohibit any of the following: 1. The distribution of a bulk product to importers, manufacturers, or manipulators who mix bulk dry animal nutrient products for distribution. 2.
