201A.11 FEES AND APPROPRIATION. Fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the general fund of the state and shall be subject to the requirements of section 8.60. Moneys deposited under this section to the general fund shall be used only by the department for the purpose of administering and enforcing the provisions of this chapter, including inspection, sampling, analysis, and the preparation and publishing of reports.          Section History: Recent Form 96 Acts, ch 1096, § 13, 15 Referred to in § 200.8
