201A.7 TOXIC MATERIALS PROHIBITED. A person shall not sell, offer for sale, or expose for sale agricultural liming material which includes material which is toxic to plants, animals, human, or aquatic life, or which causes soil or water contamination, as provided by rules adopted by the department.          Section History: Recent Form 96 Acts, ch 1096, § 9, 15
