202B.303 SIGNING REPORTS. Reports by corporations shall be signed by the president or other officer or authorized representative. Reports by limited liability companies shall be signed by a manager or other authorized representative. Reports by limited partnerships shall be signed by the president or other authorized representative of the partnership.
