208.26 RULES -- INSPECTION OF SITE. The division may adopt rules to implement the provisions of this chapter. The administrator or the administrator's designee may enter at all times upon any mine site or suspected mine site for the purpose of determining whether the operator is or has been complying with the provisions of this chapter.
