216A.117 INTERPRETATION SERVICES ACCOUNT. All fees collected by the division for provision of interpretation service by the division to obligated agencies shall be deposited in a separate account within the general operating fund of the division and shall be dedicated to and used by the division for the provision of continued and expanded interpretation services. The commission shall adopt rules which establish a fee schedule for the costs of provision of interpretation services, for collection of the fees, and for disposition of moneys received under this section.
