216A.73 EX OFFICIO MEMBERS. The following or designee shall serve as ex officio members of the commission: 1. The director of public health. 2. The director of the department of human services and any administrators of that department so assigned by the director. 3. The director of the department of education. 4. The administrator of the division of vocational rehabilitation of the department of education. 5. The director of the department for the blind. 6. The labor commissioner. 7. The workers' compensation commissioner. 8. The director of the department of workforce development. 9.
