216A.76 OFFICERS. The members of the commission shall appoint a commission chairperson and a vice chairperson and such other officers as the commission deems necessary. Such officers shall serve until their successors are appointed and qualified. Members of the commission shall receive actual expenses for their services. Members may also be eligible to receive compensation as provided in section 7E.6.
