217.8 DIVISION OF CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES.
The administrator of the division of child and family services
shall be qualified by training, experience, and education in the
field of welfare and social problems. The administrator is charged
with the administration of programs involving neglected, dependent,
and delinquent children, child welfare, family investment program,
and aid to persons with disabilities and shall administer and be in
control of other related programs established for the general welfare
of families, adults, and children as directed by the director. Section History: Early Form
