218.100 CENTRAL WAREHOUSE AND SUPPLY DEPOT. The department of human services shall establish a fund for maintaining and operating a central warehouse as a supply depot and distribution facility for surplus government products, carload canned goods, paper products, other staples, and such other items as determined by the department. The fund shall be permanent and shall be composed of the receipts from the sales of merchandise, recovery of handling, operating and delivery charges of such merchandise, and from the funds contributed by the institutions now in a contingent fund being used for this purpose.
