218.2 POWERS OF GOVERNOR -- REPORT OF ABUSES. Nothing contained in section 218.1 shall limit the general supervisory or examining powers vested in the governor by the laws or Constitution of the State of Iowa, or legally vested by the governor in any committee appointed by the governor.
