218.31 - WITNESSES.

218.31 WITNESSES. In aid of any investigation the administrator shall have the power to summon and compel the attendance of witnesses; to examine the same under oath, which the administrator shall have power to administer; to have access to all books, papers, and property material to such investigation, and to order the production of any other books or papers material thereto.
