218.93 CONSULTANTS FOR DIRECTOR OR ADMINISTRATORS. The director of human services or the administrators in control of the institutions are authorized to secure the services of consultants to furnish advice on administrative, professional, or technical problems to the director or the administrators, their employees, or employees of institutions under their jurisdiction or to provide in-service training and instruction for the employees.
