222.18 - COUNTY ATTORNEY TO APPEAR.

222.18 COUNTY ATTORNEY TO APPEAR. The county attorney shall, if requested, appear on behalf of any petitioner for the commitment of a person alleged to be mentally retarded under this chapter, and on behalf of all public officials and superintendents in all matters pertaining to the duties imposed upon them by this chapter.
