222.19 PARTY RESPONDENTS. The following persons, in addition to the person alleged to be mentally retarded, shall be made party respondents if the persons reside in this state and their names and residences are known: 1. The parent or parents of said principal person. 2. The person with whom said principal person is living. 3. The person or persons assuming to give the principal respondent care and attention. 4.
