222.66 TRANSFERS -- EXPENSES. The transfer to a resource center or a special unit or to the place of legal settlement of a person with mental retardation who has no legal settlement in this state or whose legal settlement is unknown, shall be made in accordance with such directions as shall be prescribed by the administrator and when practicable by employees of the state resource center or the special unit.
