225.18 ATTENDANTS. The county board of supervisors or the board's designee may appoint a person to accompany the committed public patient or the voluntary public patient or the committed private patient from the place where the patient may be to the state psychiatric hospital, or to accompany the patient from the hospital to a place as may be designated by the county.
