225C.2 DEFINITIONS. As used in this chapter: 1. "Administrator" means the administrator of the division. 2. "Central point of coordination process" means the same as defined in section 331.440. 3. "Commission" means the mental health, mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and brain injury commission. 4. "Department" means the department of human services. 5. "Director" means the director of human services. 6. "Disability services" means services and other support available to a person with mental illness, mental retardation or other developmental disability, or brain injury. 7. "Division" means the division of mental health and disability services of the department. 8.
