225C.41 APPROPRIATIONS. Family support subsidy payments shall be paid from funds appropriated by the general assembly for this purpose. Notwithstanding section 8.33, funds remaining unexpended on June 30 of any fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund of the state but shall remain available to provide family support subsidy payments or to expand the comprehensive family support program in the succeeding fiscal year.          Section History: Recent Form 88 Acts, ch 1122, §8; 91 Acts, ch 38, §4; 2006 Acts, ch 1159, §15 Referred to in § 225C.36, 225C.38
