229.3 - DISCHARGE OF VOLUNTARY PATIENTS.

229.3 DISCHARGE OF VOLUNTARY PATIENTS. Any voluntary patient who has recovered, or whose hospitalization the chief medical officer of the hospital determines is no longer advisable, shall be discharged.
