230.33 RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS. The administrator may enter into agreements with other states, through their duly constituted authorities, to effect the reciprocal return of persons with mental illness and persons with mental retardation to the contracting states, and to effect the reciprocal supervision of persons on convalescent leave.
