230.34 DEFINITIONS. 1. As used in this chapter, "administrator" means the administrator of the department of human services assigned, in accordance with section 218.1, to control the state mental health institutes, or that administrator's designee. 2. As used in this chapter, "auditor" means the county auditor or the auditor's designee. 3. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "book", "list", "record", or "schedule" kept by a county auditor, assessor, treasurer, recorder, sheriff, or other county officer means the county system as defined in section 445.1. 4.
