230.4 CERTIFICATION TO DEBTOR COUNTY. A determination of a person's legal settlement made in accordance with section 230.2 or 230.3 shall be sent by the court or the county to the county auditor of the county of legal settlement. The certification shall be accompanied by a copy of the evidence supporting the determination.
