230A.1 ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPPORT OF COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS. A county or affiliated counties, by action of the board or boards of supervisors, with approval of the administrator of the division of mental health and disability services of the department of human services, may establish a community mental health center under this chapter to serve the county or counties.
