230A.17 REVIEW AND EVALUATION. The administrator of the division of mental health and disability services of the department of human services may review and evaluate any community mental health center upon the recommendation of the mental health, mental retardation, developmental disabilities, and brain injury commission, and shall do so upon the written request of the center's board of directors, its chief medical or administrative officer, or the board of supervisors of any county from which the center receives public funds.
