231.41 - PURPOSE. - Iowa Statutes

231.41 PURPOSE. The purpose of this subchapter is to establish the long-term care resident's advocate program operated by the Iowa commission on aging in accordance with the requirements of the federal Act, and to adopt the supporting federal regulations and guidelines for its implementation.
