232.159 - FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. - Iowa Statutes

232.159 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the interstate compact on the placement of children under section 232.158 shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of article V of that interstate compact in the first instance.
