233A.10 - UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE.

233A.10 UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE. It shall be unlawful for any parent or other person not a party to such placing of a child to interfere in any manner or assume or exercise any control over such child or the child's earnings.
