249H.10 CAREGIVER SUPPORT -- ACCESS AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS. The department of human services and the department on aging shall implement a caregiver support program to provide access to respite care and to provide education to caregivers in providing appropriate care to seniors and persons with disabilities.
