249H.11 GRANTS -- NONREVERSION. 1. Nursing facility conversion and long-term care services development grants awarded and moneys appropriated for grants on or before June 30, 2005, shall be disbursed to eligible applicants after that date if necessary. 2. Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys committed from the senior living trust fund to grantees under contract to provide for conversion to assisted living programs or for development of long-term care alternatives that remain unexpended at the close of any fiscal year shall not revert to any fund but shall remain available for expenditure for the purposes of the contract.          Section History: Recent Form 2000 Acts, ch 1004, §11, 22; 2006 Acts, ch 1184, §64, 68
