252D.24 APPLICABILITY TO SUPPORT ORDERS OF FOREIGN JURISDICTIONS. 1. An income withholding order may be entered to enforce a support order of a foreign jurisdiction. The foreign support order may be entered and filed with the clerk of the district court at the time the income withholding order is entered. Entry of the foreign support order under this subsection does not constitute registration of the order. 2.
