252D.30 EX PARTE ORDER -- PROVISIONS FOR MEDICAL SUPPORT. An ex parte order entered under this chapter may also include provisions for enforcement of medical support when medical support provisions are included in the support order. The ex parte order may require income withholding of a dollar amount for medical support or implementation of provision for dependent coverage under a health benefit plan pursuant to chapter 252E.          Section History: Recent Form 93 Acts, ch 78, §19
