256.19 PILOT PROJECTS TO IMPROVE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS. For fiscal years in which moneys are appropriated by the general assembly for the purpose of conducting pilot projects as approved by the state board of education to improve school district instructional programs, the state board of education shall notify the department of administrative services of the amounts necessary for each pilot project in order to reimburse the school districts for costs related to the approved pilot projects.          Section History: Recent Form 87 Acts, ch 224, § 30; 89 Acts, ch 265, § 40; 91 Acts, ch 126, §2; 2003 Acts, ch 145, §286
