257B.36 - RESALE BY STATE. - Iowa Statutes

257B.36 RESALE BY STATE. All lands now acquired under permanent school fund foreclosure proceedings shall be resold within ten years from January 1, 1939, and lands acquired after such date shall be resold within six years from date of foreclosure.
