260F.3 AGREEMENT. A community college may enter into an agreement to establish a project. An agreement shall provide for, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Date of agreement. 2. Anticipated number of employees to be trained. 3. Estimated cost of training. 4. Anticipated dates of commencement and termination of training. 5.
