261.93 PROGRAM ESTABLISHED -- WHO QUALIFIED. An Iowa grant program is established. A grant may be awarded to a resident of Iowa who is admitted and in attendance as a full-time or part-time resident student at an accredited higher education institution and who establishes financial need. Grants awarded shall be distributed to the appropriate accredited higher education institution for payment of educational expenses, including tuition, room, board, and mandatory fees, with any balance to be distributed to the student for whom the grant is awarded.          Section History: Recent Form 90 Acts, ch 1272, §60
