263.4 HOMEOPATHIC MATERIA MEDICA AND THERAPEUTICS. The state board of regents is hereby authorized and directed to establish and maintain a department of homeopathic materia medica and therapeutics in the college of medicine of the state university of Iowa, with suitable and sufficient hours and rooms for said department.
