267.6 IOWA ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT. The provisions of chapter 17A shall not apply to the council or any actions taken by it, except that any recommendations adopted by the council pursuant to section 267.5, subsection 3, and any rules adopted by the council shall be adopted, amended, or repealed only after compliance with the provisions of sections 17A.4, 17A.5, and 17A.6.          Section History: Early Form [C79, 81, § 267.6] Referred to in § 267.5
