279.59 ACCESS BY ASSOCIATIONS. The board of directors of a school district shall provide not-for-profit, professional education associations that offer membership to teachers or administrators equal access to teacher or administrator mailboxes for distribution of professional literature.          Section History: Recent Form 2001 Acts, ch 159, §11
