303.27 CONTROLS. After the establishment of a district, an exterior portion of any building, exterior fixture, or other exterior structure, or any aboveground utility structure or any type of outdoor advertising sign shall not be erected, altered, restored, moved or demolished within such district until after an application for a certificate of appropriateness as to exterior features has been submitted to and approved by the commission.          Section History: Early Form [C77, 79, 81, § 303.27] Referred to in § 303.33, 303.34
