303.43 JURISDICTION -- DECISIONS -- RECORDS. The board of supervisors of the county in which the proposed land use district, or its major portion, is located has jurisdiction of the proceedings on the petition as provided in this subchapter and the decision of a majority of the members of that board is necessary for adoption.
