303.50 TRUSTEE'S BOND. Each trustee shall, before entering upon the duties of office, execute a bond payable to the district, with security to be approved by the board of supervisors which had jurisdiction of the petition for establishment of the district, in a form and amount as that board of supervisors may determine, and file the bond with the county auditor of that county.          Section History: Recent Form 83 Acts, ch 108, § 10 Referred to in § 303.64
