305.11 TERMINATION OF STATE AGENCY -- RECORDS TRANSFER. Upon the termination of a state agency whose functions have not been transferred to another agency, custody of the records of the agency shall transfer to the commission. Section History: Recent Form 2003 Acts, ch 92, §14
