306.40 EASEMENTS CONVEYED. If an easement authorized under section 306.39 is conveyed inconnection with a primary road, state park road, or institutionalroad, written conveyances containing the conditions as prescribed bythe controlling state agency shall be made in the name of the stateand signed by the governor and secretary of state, with the seal ofthe state of Iowa attached.
