306.45 EASEMENTS ON HIGHWAY RIGHTS-OF-WAY. The department may grant easements across land under itsjurisdiction if the department determines that the easement will notadversely affect the construction and maintenance of the highwaysystem. Written conveyances containing any easement conditionsprescribed by the department shall be made in the name of the stateand signed by the governor and the secretary of state, with the sealof the state of Iowa affixed.          Section History: Recent Form 98 Acts, ch 1075, §18
