306.53 SUBMISSION OF RECOMMENDATIONS -- CONTRIBUTIONTO COST. The soil and water conservation district commissioners shallsubmit their findings and recommendations to the appropriate highwayauthority not later than twenty days following examination of theconstruction plans. The appropriate highway authority shall respond to the soil andwater conservation district commissioners and indicate its agreementto the suggested installation or its rejection of the proposal. Where feasible and cost-sharing funds are available, the soil andwater conservation district may contribute in part or in its entiretyto any additional cost for the erosion control structure.          Section History: Recent Form 85 Acts, ch 106, §5; 87 Acts, ch 23, §10
