306.54 REPORTING. If the proposal is rejected, the appropriate highway authorityshall provide a written report documenting the reason for therejection to the soil and water conservation district commissionersand the state department of transportation. The state department oftransportation shall submit a written report to the general assemblynot later than March 1 of each year. The report shall contain only alist of those highway projects where a disagreement exists betweenthe department and the soil and water conservation districtcommissioners and the reasons for rejecting the recommendations ofthe soil and water conservation district commissioners.
