306.6 FARM-TO-MARKET REVIEW BOARD. A farm-to-market review board is created. Members shall beappointed by the Iowa county engineers association. This board shallselect a chairperson from among its members by majority vote of thetotal membership. The farm-to-market review board shall review any and allfarm-to-market system modification proposals.
